Pamela Williams Ms. Pamela Williams’ professional training includes Mastering the Strategy Management Systems, Business Analysis Certification and Business Process Reengineering programmes, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration through Heriott-Watt University.
Ms Williams has over 31 years’ of experience working in a financial environment with a background in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Policies and Procedures Development, Records Management and Training & Development.
Her executive responsibilities include assisting the Executive Director and the Strategic Management Team in the management of the strategic initiatives of the Corporation.
Ulric Warner Mr. Ulric Warner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management as well as an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Warner brings over 20 years’ of executive and senior management experience and his expertise has been utilized in such diverse areas as Corporate Strategy Development and Implementation, Corporate Governance, Human Resources Management and Facilities Management, and he has been at the helm of several international consultancies.
Mr Warner’s executive responsibilities include oversight for Human Resources, Information & Communications Technology and Corporate Administrative Services.
Derrick Redman Mr. Derrick Redman is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago.
He brings more than 26 years’ of experience to the UTC following executive positions as General Counsel for Petrotrin’s Marketing, Refining and Corporate Department and for Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority. He also previously served as Chief Magistrate and Registrar of the Supreme Court of Turks and Caicos as well as Senior Magistrate in Trinidad and Tobago.
Mr. Redman has direct oversight for the Corporation’s Legal Services, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
Eutrice Carrington Ms. Eutrice Carrington holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Master’s of Science Degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Her career in investments span a period of 20 years and during her tenure at the UTC she has held positions of Chief Executive Officer, Financial Services; Executive Manager, Asset Management; Manager, Investment Management Services; Portfolio Manager and Research and Security Analyst.
Ms. Carrington is Chairman/Director of Readymix (West Indies) Limited and a Director of Trinidad Cement Limited. In addition, she is Alternate Director of UTC Cayman SPC Limited, President of UTC Fund Services Inc, a Director of UTC Financial Services U.S.A. Inc., and Treasurer of UTC Energy Investments Ltd., all wholly owned subsidiaries of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation.
Marilyn Clarke-Andrews Mrs. Marilyn Clarke-Andrews is the holder of a Masters of Business Administration from Heriott Watt University. She is also a fellow with the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institution of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT).
Her employment career spans 31 years in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Finance, and has spent 21 years at the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation.
Mrs. Clarke-Andrews has executive responsibility for the Accounting and Finance functions of the Corporation.
Kriss Marcus
Mr. Kriss Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill and is a registered Principal licensed to conduct capital market business on behalf of institutions registered with the Eastern Caribbean Regional Securities Commission.
He has over 13 years’ experience in the financial services sector and has a wealth of experience in the areas of Private Placements, Syndication, Bond Trading and Treasury Management.
Mr. Marcus has executive responsibility for developing and executing the Corporation's investment strategy and overseeing the investment management function.
Gayle Daniel-Worrell Ms. Gayle Daniel-Worrell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Howard University, Washington DC, trained in Strategic Marketing Management at Harvard University, Cambridge MA, and holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine. She also holds FINRA licenses Series 6 and Series 26 as Supervising Principal of a US Broker/ Dealer.
Ms. Daniel-Worrell has over 20 years’ experience in Finance, Marketing, Brand and Product Development, Image and Reputation Management and Customer Service Management. Ms. Daniel-Worrell is Chairman of the UTC North American Fund Inc and is a Director of UTC Financial Services USA Inc.
She has executive responsibility for Marketing, Communications, Card Services, Online Services and the Customer Service Centres.
Michelle Persad Ms. Michelle Persad is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is the holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine.
Ms. Persad has gained over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry having work in areas such as Treasury, Merchant Banking and Investment Management. She also holds FINRA licenses Series 6 and 28.
Ms. Persad has executive responsibility for managing the Treasury function, overseeing Funding, Investing, Forex and Capital Strategies.
Amoy Van Lowe Amoy Van Lowe is the holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Ms. Van Lowe also holds FINRA Licenses Series 6 and Series 26 as Supervising Principal of the US Broker/Dealer.
She has over 18 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including experience in Strategic Planning and Marketing, Brand Creation, Advertising and Corporate Image Building. Ms Van Lowe currently serves as President of UTC Financial Services USA Inc and UTC North American Fund Inc.
Ms. Van Lowe has executive responsibility for the development of the Corporation’s Financial Advisory and Wealth Management function.
David Thompson Mr. David Thompson is the holder of a Certificate in Financial Analysis and Policy from the Institute of the International Monetary Fund, Washington DC, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
He has more than 35 years’ experience in the financial services sector in areas primarily related to Asset Management, Investment Banking and Trustee Services.
Mr Thompson has executive responsibility for the administration of the Trust Services function on behalf of the Corporation.
